Fancy running an Event in Your Area?
Any Link4Growth member who is passionate about their local community may request to get an event started in their own area.
It is not essential to have a District Leader in an area to run a Link4Growth community networking event and there is plenty of support for those who would like to get something up and running.
Each event ideally requires 2-3 Community Hosts, working together, who will look after the event which is run either monthly or 4 weekly. Part of their role is to meet and greet people on the day, share information about Link4Growth and most importantly connect people… effectively rebuilding communities! This local team of event hosts will also be required to promote their event to their local community and follow our very short admin processes.
When a city / town or collection of villages is hosting a few events, then a Community Leader will be needed to lead the teams of community hosts. Community Leaders work with both Community Hosts and District Leaders to ensure that we operate a wide variety of events to include as many people in the community as possible.
While all Community Host, Community Leader and in fact District Leader roles are voluntary, there are some great advantages to joining our growing national events team… Including raised profile, support and access to free training all via our Team Members Online Community.
If you would like to know more about stepping up and making a difference, please get in touch. Either contact a District Leader if there is one near your area, alternatively, please contact us on email@example.com
